Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

The Training and Assessment Kit will provide you with all of the material you will need to train and assess the seven core units of TAE40110, namely;

TAEDES402A – Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs
TAEDES401A – Design and develop learning programs
TAEDEL402A – Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace
TAEDEL401A – Plan, organise and deliver group-based learning
TAEASS401A – Plan assessment activities and processes
TAEASS402A – Assess competence
TAEASS403A – Participate in assessment validation

In addition, six elective units have been developed.  From these you may choose the three that most suit any specific client group.

TAEDEL301A – Provide work skill instruction
TAEASS502A – Design and develop assessment tools
BSBCMM401A – Make a presentation
BSBAUD402A – Participate in a quality audit
BSBLED401A – Develop teams and individuals

Instructions to Assessors
Marking Guide for each unit
Mapping Guide to show relevance between assessment tasks and competency standards
PowerPoint presentations (N.B. – These are only available for the core units.)
Assessor’s judgment sheet for each unit
Student feedback sheet for each unit

The Student Resources contain:

Instructions to candidate outlining the assessment requirements
Learning Resources which provide background information for each unit
Task Sheets – for assessment
Cover sheet – outlining assessment tasks and candidate details
Additional Information folders – these contain further background information some of which will be referred to during completion of task sheets
Fact Sheets – further information for candidates
